Games in a Box Notes
Players select the duration of the game play in advance. One hour is suitable for an introductory game. Experienced players will probably want to set aside two hours or more.
Players are divided into two teams, with each team consisting of 1-8 people. Players decide how many characters each team will control (usually 4-10), and how many characters each player will control. Some people enjoy playing Duel of Ages as a two-player game, while others prefer multiple players. Either way works well.
While you can certainly enjoy this game with nothing but Set One Worldspanner, some people recommend adding Set Two Intensity to have a more complete Duel of Ages experience.
