Game Contents
1 town board, 6 townsfolk tiles, 14 event tiles, 4 country boards, 56 field tiles, 24 farmhand tiles, 60 wooden crop counters, 4 store cards, 4 screens, 4 turn option cards, 1 cloth bag, rules, all in a box approximately 12" x 9" x 2.8"

Box Description
In Key Harvest each player attempts to assemble the largest groups of connected field tiles. Players select tiles from the registry and place these into their stores, together with a bid made up of crop counters. If any other player matches that bid, then they may take the field tile for themselves. Players again crop counters by harvesting the fields they already own and from the successful bids made by the other players for their store tiles.

Players are assisted by townsfolk and by their own team of farm workers. A number of events will affect all of the players, helping or hindering their attempts to enlarge and consolidate their land holdings.

At the end of the game points are gained for a player's largest two connected groups of tiles, for the workers they have utilized and for the crops they have kept.

Games in a Box Notes
All components and rules are in English and German.

More info from Rio Grande Games

The object of the game in Key Harvest is to score the most points. Players score points by placing tiles on their own country board. Each player has the same board, but there is only one of each tile, so there is competition when two players want the same tile. One point is scored for each field tile in the player’s largest group of connected field tiles and two points for each tile in their second largest connected group.
