Box Description
From the ancient ruins of Weathertop to the conflict at the Black Gate of Mordor, the journey of the Fellowship of the Ring is marked with battle. The Battlefields expansion for Reiner Knizia's Lord of the Rings board game focuses on these deadly combats. Now in addition to leading the Hobbits on their perilous quest towards Mound Doom, you must also engage the rest of the Fellowship in battle, close up against individual Enemies.
This expansion features new art by renowned artist John Howe; new Battlefield boards, Fellowship pieces representing Aragorn, Boromir, Gimli, Legolas, and Gandalf; and Enemy pieces representing characters such as the Witch King and the Mouth of Sauron.
You must own the base Lord of the Rings board game to use this expansion. This expansion is also compatible with both the Friends and Foes and the Sauron expansions.
