Shipping Orders normally ship within one business day. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email either from the carrier (UPS or USPS) or from us. US Customers may choose between various UPS shipping methods as well as Priority Mail. International orders are shipped through the post office. For a shipping quote, place the game(s) you like in your shopping cart and click on the "Shipping Info" link. If the shipping method you want is not listed, please email support@gamesinabox.com for a shipping quote. Include your city, state, zip code and country, along with the games you want to order. We are able to use any UPS or USPS shipping method for which insurance is available. Game Availability All games listed on this website are available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted. Our shopping cart will not allow you to purchase an out-of-stock game, or purchase a greater quantity than we have available. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and money orders. Gift-Wrapping Gift-Wrapping is available during check out. The cost is $5.00 for all the items in your order. This includes a gift card with your message. Returns You may return your order within 10 days for a full refund minus the shipping charge, provided it is in unplayed, unpunched, sellable condition. If you are returning a game because of a mistake on our part, we will pay shipping. Before returning, please email support@gamesinabox.com with a description of the problem, and we will give you return instructions. Sales Tax California residents pay 7.25% sales tax. Privacy We never share email addresses or other customer information. Email addresses are only used for communication regarding your order, not for unsolicited advertising. Security Orders are taken on our secure server, and encrypted prior to being sent to us. Credit card numbers are never stored on the server. |
