Box Description
Several miles west of the African mainland lies the Cape Verde Island of Santiago. The climate is hot and every drop of water is precious. In a large-scale irrigation project, the local landowners vie for the plantations with the best yield. But what good are the most promising plantations if the irrigation system expands in the wrong direction and they dry up? There is only one way to prevent this: bribery, no matter what the cost! Or, you try to become the new Canal Overseer and it's you who decides where the water will flow.
